Adrienne Penman Stoddard

HOOPER - Adrienne Penman Stoddard, 72, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2007, at her home. She was born March 19, 1934 in Ogden, Utah, the daughter of James and Edna Penman. She married David Gene Williams, and later divorced. She married her soul mate, John Virgil Stoddard II on February 7, 1992.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she served as Primary Chorister, Stake Primary Chorister, Ward Chorister, Choir Director, and Visiting Teacher. She was a member of the Hooper Rodeo Queen Board.

She is survived by her husband, John Stoddard II, her children, Brad (Cindy) Williams, Jana (Tom) Bishoff, both of Idaho, Scott Williams, Julee (Royce) Savage, Cary (Lisa) Williams, Lynn (Paula) Williams, Jeanne Taylor, Tony (Kimber) Stoddard, Beth (Jeff) Morin, and John (Breyer) Stoddard of Utah; 40 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Nadine Parkinson, Janet (Jay) Stoddard, Utah, and JoAnn Larkin of California, and her brother Jay (Carol) Penman, Utah. She was preceded in death by her parents, and three siblings.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 22, 2007 at 1:00 p.m., at Hooper 2nd Ward, 5000 South 5900 West. The family will greet friends and family Sunday evening from 6 - 8 p.m. at Myers Mortuary in Roy, 5865 South 1900 West, and prior to the services Monday at the church from 11:45 - 12:45 p.m. Interment Hooper City Cemetery.
