"Uncle Alley"

Alan Ray Heywood was born in Ogden, Utah, to his proud parents, Alan and Elaine Hammer Heywood. Alley married his sweetheart and soul mate Janice Benson on December 13, 1969. He often referred to themselves as "The Lady and The Tramp".

Alley was a proud Vietnam Veteran having served three tours. He was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family in God's country. He especially loved going fishing on Grandpa's weekend every year.

He is survived by his two daughters Trishalana and Amber, son Randy (Donna), two grandchildren, brothers, J.C. deceased (Julie), Harry (Johnnie), Larry deceased and Gary. Brother-in-law Craig (Teresa) Benson, and many very special nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his wife, parents, and two brothers.

A celebration of his remarkable life will be held at a later date.
