Alice Marie Rasmussen Davis

WEST VALLEY - Our beloved Mother, and Grandmother, Alice Marie Rasmussen Davis, 87, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2006 in Salt Lake City. Where she had lived the last two years in her daughters home.
Alice was born in Bear River City on December 4, 1918 a daughter of Nels Peter and Olga Molinda Chlarson Rasmussen.
She married Lelan Alma Davis on December 8, 1938 in the Logan Temple. He died on December 2, 1991.
Alice was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She worked in the Junior Sunday School and the MIA. She loved her children and grandchildren and caring for her home and yard.
Surviving are her children, Larry H. (Kathy) Davis; Kenneth L, (Diana) Davis; Carleen D. (Brad) Burt; 16 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren. Also brothers, Warren Rasmussen and Phil Rasmussen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, and four sisters-in-law.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2006 at 12 Noon at the Corinne Ward Chapel, 2325 N. 4000 W., Corinne, UT.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City and on Thursday from 11:00 to 11:40 a.m. at the Church.
Interment will be in the Bear River Cemetery.
