Anna Mae Orton Nelson Wilson

North Ogden - Anna returned to the loving arms of her Savior on March 20, 2010 surrounded by her loving family.

Anna was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Anna married her high school sweetheart and love of her life Richard (Dick) Junior Nelson. Anna and Dick were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. She loved and supported him during WWII. Dick had a long illness that took him at a young age and left her with two small children, Richard and RaNae.

She married Byron Wilson in 1955, they later divorced. They had three children, Annette, Kerry and Brian.

Anna was a hard worker; she supported her five children and always loved and cared for their needs. After a long career at the IRS she retired to spend more time with her grandchildren.

Anna loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and they loved her. She loved her family to visit.

Anna was preceded in death by her husbands, Richard Nelson and Byron Wilson; her parents William and Evelyn Orton and her brother Donald Orton.

Survived by her children Richard Nelson, RaNae (Roger) Brown, Annette (Andy) DeHeer, Kerry (Janice) Wilson of East Glacier, MT, Brian (Susan) Wilson, Hurricane, UT; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; also survived by her sister Doris Jones and two brothers Owen Orton and Alan Orton.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at the Ben Lomond Cemetery, 526 East 2850 North, North Ogden, Utah. Friends may call prior to the service from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Myers Mortuary of Ogden, 845 Washington Blvd.
