Annie Arlene Lanier

OGDEN - Annie Arlene Lanier, 76, died September 25, 2008 in Ogden, Utah. She was born May 15, 1932 in Wellsville, Utah the daughter of Wilford L. and Mary Ann Hilton Williamson. She married Harry Lanier in Ogden on October 29, 1949.

She worked at the State Industrial School and then worked and retired from McKay-Dee Hospital. After retiring from McKay she volunteered there for several years.

Annie was an active member of the Valley View Baptist Church.

She loved spending time with her grandkids and family.

She is survived by her daughter Kathleen Lanier; three sons Earl Lanier, Henry Lanier and Paul (Malinda) Lanier; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four sisters and three brothers.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harry and five siblings.

The family would like to thank Annie's sister Della for her many years of assisting Annie.
A special thanks to Malinda and Annie's grandson Christopher for taking care of her the last three weeks at home.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 29, 2008 at 11:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden where friends may call prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.
