Audrey Jane Conroy

The most beautiful mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Audrey Jane Conroy, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 in Ogden, Utah, surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 2, 1938 to Lawrence H. and Ferol L. Stephens Newman in Ogden, UT. Audrey married her sweetheart, John E. Conroy, on April 28, 1956 in Preston, Idaho.
She was a member of the LDS church.

Audrey retired from HAFB after 25 years of dedicated service.

Audrey was the most selfless, giving woman. She was always thinking of others before herself.

She is survived by her children, Cindy (James) Davis, Debbie Conroy, Shelly (Larry) Carver, John E. (Kara) Conroy, Paul G. (Barbie) Conroy, and David T. (Amy) Conroy; 18 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sisters, Diane (Ralph) Burns and Marjorie (Burnell) Rogers.

Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, John; son, Michael; granddaughter, Allie; parents; two sisters; and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd, Ogden. A viewing will be held on Friday, July 18th from 6 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary and from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. on Saturday prior to services.

Interment, Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch.
