Bermuda Anne Trace Dawson passed away on November 17, 2015 in Newton, Utah. She was born on March 8, 1928 in Gleichen, Alberta Canada. Her parents were Mildred Naylor Trace and Guy Everett Trace and she had a sister Luella Eileen Trace McGregor. Bermuda graduated from Western Canada High School, in 1946 and was the valedictorian.

She married her eternal sweetheart Dale Dawson in the Logan LDS Temple on March 21, 1949. Together they raised six children and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bermuda was very involved in the LDS Church, she had many callings and did her best in each one. Her hobbies were gardening, quilting and crocheting baby afghans.

Survivors include daughters Fawn Carlsen (David), Kay Agee Strom, Joy Reeske (Jeff), Dale Ellen Anderson (Doug) and sons Trace Dawson (Renee) and Troy Dawson (Carol).

In lieu of flower donations to the LDS Missionary Fund would be appreciated.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 11 AM at the Newton Chapel, Newton, Utah. Viewings will be held from 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday, November 18th at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. and at the Newton Chapel on Thursday from 10 to 10:45 AM. Interment at the Liberty Utah Cemetery.
