Arcona "Connie" Eskelson Udell
Our loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Connie, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends, laughter and love on September 12, 2014. She was born on November 8, 1940 in American Fork, Utah to Oral James and Ruth Woffinden Eskelson. She married Leonard (Gus) Udell on August 5, 1961. They later divorced.
She attended and graduated from American Fork High School.
Connie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, long drives, cooking and baking. But her main passion was her family. Mom was most happy on her long long long long rides enjoying the beauty of nature.
She is survived by her children, Mica (Lee) Medford, Becky (Brent) Smith, Tammy (Russ) Middleton, Ryan (Annette) Udell and Shayla (Jim) Gerdes; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and sister, Natalia "Tiny".
She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Coy Eskelson and Willie Eskelson; 2 grandkids, Cooper Udell and Emma Udell; and 1 great-grandchild, Alicia C. Burkleo.
Special thanks to Intermountain Hospice for their love and care of our Mother.
