Bethann Navidomskis

–

Roy, Utah

We celebrate the life of Bethann Navidomskis, a courageous, humble, and loving soul, who was born on May 14, 1961, in Las Vegas, NM. Bethann, a resilient woman, lived her life with remarkable determination. She passed away on February 24, 2025, leaving a legacy of strength and love. She spent her years in various places, including Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Germany, Korea, and Japan, before finding her home at Union Gardens where she spent many happy years before her final days at Heritage Park Care Center.

Bethann was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and her faith was a source of strength and inspiration for her. She was a wonderful example of Christ's kindness, as she endured to the end fiercely determined to find happiness despite lifelong hardships. These trials did not deter Bethann. Instead, they shaped her into a strong, resilient woman.

Bethann had a knack for finding joy in the simple things, and her hobbies reflected her cheerful spirit. She was an ardent collector of greeting cards, which she lovingly sent to loved ones on all occasions. Her love for games, especially Wii bowling, Wheel of Fortune, and Jeopardy, was infectious. She was blessed with a delightful giggle that she freely shared, often cracking herself up with her stories. True to her nature, Bethann had a story for every situation and was always ready to share a laugh.  Her love for country music, especially Alan Jackson, was well known, and she proudly held membership in his fan club for many years.  Her love of all things purple was legendary.  One of her favorite pastimes was her beloved water aerobics.

Bethann’s life was a testament to her unwavering determination to find joy in the face of adversity. In the words of Helen Keller, "Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it" - a sentiment that Bethann embodied throughout her life. She was an exceptional volunteer, earning numerous awards for her service with the Red Cross and several senior care facilities. She logged thousands of volunteer hours with these programs.

Bethann's love for her family was profound and marked by her "never miss an event" attitude. She took great pride in her niece and nephews and loved to share their achievements with everyone around her. She was their #1 fan! Bethann is survived by Michael (brother), Gail, Mickey, and Finn Navidomskis, and also Scott (brother), Jill, Lauren, and Taylor Navidomskis. She is preceded in death by her parents, Michael Sr. and Barbara Navidomskis.
