Betty Rose Green

SUNSET - Our Loving Mother Betty Rose Green, 82, passed away April 29, 2012.

She was born February 15, 1930 in Hyrum, Utah, the daughter of Lester T. and Frances J. Rose.

She married Keith Green May 20, 1949, in the Logan LDS Temple.

She worked at Sperry and retired from Hill Air Force Base.

She had a great love for music and sang for many years in a Glee Club. Her interests included music, crafts, camping, and spending time with her family.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving in many positions.
She is survived by her children, Kathy (Don) Ostler, Cherlynn Hamblin, Betty Ann (Mike) Gregory, and Jeff (Susan) Green; 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and two brothers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a grandchild.

The family would like to thank those who cared for her at Country Pines, Dr. McDonald and the nurses at Davis Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy. A viewing for family and friends will be held Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:40 to 10:40 a.m. prior to services.

Interment, Clinton City Cemetery.
