BILLIE MARIE HART AVIS

OGDEN/ HUNSTSVILLE - Billie Marie Hart Avis, 70, was called home Monday, September 6, 2004. She was a long time resident of Hunstville, Utah.
She was born December 30, 1933 in Ogden, Utah, the first of seven children born to William and Marie Eleanor Brooks Hart.
Billie married Ralph J. Avis on May 12, 1954 in Ogden. Billie and Ralph were sealed in the Ogden Temple on January 20,1961.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served joyfully in many various callings.
Billie worked at Valley Elementary as a playground supervisor and at the Teddy Bear
Day Care, where she was affectionately known as 'Grandma Billie.'
She will always be remembered for her wit, fun personality, and her love of all people.
Surviving are Ralph Avis, her husband, Clearfield; two brothers and two sisters, James (Sherry) Hart, St. George; Dennis (Lorraine) Hart, Trona, CA; Colleen (Harold) Roylance, West Haven; Joy Hart, Willard; two sons and one daughter, William (Deanna) Avis, Roy, their daughters Tyann and Joee; Michael (Kathy) Avis, Midvale; Christine (Darin) Williams, Syracuse, their children Tyson, Gabrielle and Kelton.
Preceding her in death were two brothers, Larry and Glen Hart; her parents; and a grandson Mason Tracy Avis.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Huntsville Chapel, 277 South 7400 East, Hunstsville, UT.
Friends may call on Friday, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT, and on Saturday from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. at the Hunstville Church.
Interment will be in the Hunstville Cemetery.
