Bonnie Myrtle Steenson

OGDENa"Bonnie M. Steenson, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2001 at home with her family at her side. She was born December 3, 1914 in Ogden, a daughter of Claude and Myrtle Preshaw Bushnell.

Bonnie married Rex Budd in Holyoke, Colorado. Rex later passed away. She married Edward Steenson who also preceded her in death.

She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Bonnie had lived in Holyoke and Denver, Colorado. She had also lived in Rawlins, Wyoming prior to returning to Ogden to live.

Bonnie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. She will be greatly missed for her loving spirit, great wit and wonderful pies. She is survived by one son, Michael (Mary) Budd, her sister, Ruth B. Flaker; sons-in-law, Robert Blatt and Jerold Krause, 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, parents, two sons, two daughters and two sisters.

The family would like to express their appreciation and thanks to the Utah Heritage Home Care and Hospice for their kindness and loving care of Bonnie.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to Utah Heritage Home Care and Hospice.
