Brad Lee Fielding

ROY - Brad Lee Fielding, 48, passed away May 7, 2011, at his sister's home in Farmington, Utah, from liver cancer.

Brad was born June 26, 1962 in Ogden, Utah to William Arthur and RaNae Morby Fielding. He lived in Roy until his family moved to Fresno, California in 1971. Brad married Sandra Hannah on May 15, 1982 in Fresno, California. They later divorced but remained good friends. He was a member of the LDS Church.

Brad had a unique sense of humor and a kind and gentle nature. He loved being around his family.

Brad enjoyed camping, fishing and being in the outdoors. He had a special love for dogs, especially Golden Retrievers. He enjoyed music and was very good with wood working and electronics.

Brad worked many years in landscaping as well as electrical work and construction. He worked in Utah, California and Las Vegas during his life.

Brad is survived by four children; Nathan, currently stationed in Taji, Iraq, (Jamie) of Fresno, CA, Coby of Fresno, CA, Brianna of Fresno, CA., and Kenneth Griffith, USMC San Diego; Izabella, his special granddaughter; his parents and two sisters, Debbie (Jeff) Miles of Farmington, Utah, Laurie (Bruce) Harris of Macomb, Illinois and a large extended family.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 13, 2011, at 3:00 p.m., at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah. Family and friends may visit, Thursday, May 12, 2011 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary in Roy, Utah and from 2:00 - 2:45 p.m. prior to services.

Interment at Roy City Cemetery.

His family would like to thank all who knew and loved Brad throughout his life and express appreciation to all those who cared for him during his stay at the Huntsman Cancer Center, the University of Utah Hospital and the dedicated staff from VistaCare Hospice.
