Brendan Lee Stump Obituary (1990 - 2007)

Brendan Lee Stump OGDEN - Brendan Lee Stump was born June 5, 1990, to Glenna Jones and Randy Lee Stump in Ogden, Utah. He brought sunshine and smiles into our lives. Everyone who knew him loved him. Brendan was a student at Ogden High School, where he was a member of JROTC, and at Washington High School. He was preparing to enter Job Corps to learn carpentry. Brendan loved spending time with his family, golfing with his brothers and uncle, being with his friends, biking, skating, and swimming. He enjoyed art and had a natural talent for drawing. He was a Boy Scout. Brendan was a member of the LDS Church. He enjoyed attending the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd with his Mom and Dad. He served there as an acolyte. Brendan was a self-proclaimed "Mama's boy," and said Mom and Dad are his heroes. He is his Mama's "Monkey-shines." Brendan left us suddenly on Tuesday, October 2, 2007, in Ogden, Utah. He was welcomed into heaven by his father and his grandparents. He will be deeply missed by his Mom and Dad, Glenna and James Hard; his brothers and sisters, Joshua and Alicia Jones, Dustin Stump, Bart and Britta Stump, Shelise Stump, Lorien and Adam Green, John Hard, Linden and Roman Conway; his nieces and nephews; as well as many aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends. Join us for a celebration of Brendan's life Saturday, October 6th at 11:00 a.m. at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. Family and friends may visit Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Brendan's memory to Youth Impact, 2305 Grant Ave, Ogden, UT 84401.
