LAYTON - Brett Franklin Burnett, 40 passed away Saturday, December 1, 2012.

He was born October 2, 1972 in Red Bank, New Jersey to Paul Allen and Penny Payne Burnett.

Brett was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He liked to watch football, golf, and Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. He also loved old classic Disney sound tracks.

He is survived by his parents, Paul and Penny, and brother Guy Burnett.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 17, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Orchard Grove Ward, 2680 Cherry Lane, Layton. A viewing will be held Sunday, December 16th at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services.
