Ogden - Bryan Thomas Mathes passed away August 7, 2013. He was born November 2, 1962 in Ogden, Utah to Thomas H. Mathes and Frances M. Hunter.

Bryan served honorably as an F-14 Tomcat Guidance Technician in the U.S. Navy at the former Naval Air Station Miramir.

He enjoyed helping his mom and had a great sense of humor. Bryan had a big heart and at times he was a prankster. He loved his family and had a special connection with his nephews and his niece.

Bryan is survived by his parents; siblings, Brent Patton, Leni Patton, Brad Patton, Ann Patton (Randy Flook) and Eric (Anna) Hunter; 1 niece and 3 nephews, Jesse, Brianna, Dalton and Liam and son, Andrew Thompson. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Cremation entrusted to Myers Ogden Mortuary. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
