Carma Kendall Nielsen

Carma Nielsen, of Ogden, passed away March 7, 2014. She was born November 22, 1933 in Oxford, Idaho to David E. and Lilla I. Millard Kendall. Carma married Wendell E. Nielsen on November 26, 1954; later sealed in the Logan Temple.

She worked for many years in the school lunch program for the Ogden School District. She was a fabulous cook and specialized in making the best desserts. Carma also enjoyed stitching and making quilts.

She had a good relationship with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Carma is survived by her children, Lance K. Nielsen of Ogden and Wendi N. (Jay) Robinson of CA; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband.

Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Myers Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd. Friends and family may call on Wednesday, March 12th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 11a.m. to 12 p.m. at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd.
