KAYSVILLE - Carolyn Maxine Wallace, 81, passed away October 7, 2004 at her home of cancer.

She was born April 12, 1923 to Harold & Dorothy Frost in Amboy, Illinois. She married her sweetheart, Charles M. Wallace on February 13, 1943 a union that lasted more than 61 years.

She graduated from Weber College with a bachelor's degree in Sociology. She then received her master's degree in social work from the University of Utah, Department of Social Services and was a supervisor over the foster care program.

She was a member of the Baptist Church and served as a Sunday School teacher many years ago.

She is survived by her husband and two sons, Charles Allen (Me-Ah)Wallace, Baltimore, MD and Paul M. (Michelle) Wallace, Ogden. She is also survived by four grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother and a sister.
