Carrie Brimhall, 59. Our dear sweet wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, our everything returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday December 30, 2016 after a brave and short battle with cancer.
Carrie and Jeff were married August 1, 1980 and have done everything together. They spent many years working side by side in their construction business. The family spent many family vacations enjoying the beauties of nature at Spirit Lake.
Carrie was a very selfless woman. She loved to serve others and never wanted to be a burden or a worry to anyone else. She was a dedicated visiting teacher for many years making lifelong friends. She served the youth in the sports program, young women's and scouts. She spent many summers cooking at girl's camp and helping with scout camps and youth conferences. She always made every effort to make sure everyone had a great time and no one ever went hungry.
Carrie was very talented and could do anything she set her mind to construction to home making, but her greatest joy was in making quilts. She made many, many quilts, never for herself but always for others. She loves her family more than anything in the world, and as grandkids filled her life her love grew more and more. Her life was dedicated to her family, in always helping her kids and grandkids with anything they needed.
She will be greatly missed by them all, but has left a legacy and example for all of us to follow. We are better because of her.
She is survived by her Husband Jeff, her children Josh (Brandi) of West Haven, Jacob (Charlotte) of North Ogden, Katie, Jared (Haylee) and Camille all of West Point. Her Father Mike Adams, her Mother Hope Sanford, her Brother Matt Adams and Sisters Suzanne Adams, Jill (Todd) Rodenbaugh, Sheri (Shane) Stewart. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Most of all she is survived by twelve wonderful grand children who now have a guardian grandma. She is proceeded in death by her grandparents.
An account has been set up in Carries name at America First Credit Union
