Chadd Robert Salaz WEST WEBER - Chadd R. Salaz, 32, passed away Tuesday, Dec 10, 2002 at Ogden Regional Hospital from complications of diabetes and kidney failure. He was born Jan 14, 1970 in Ogden to Robert Lee Salaz and Kris Wikstrom. He married Bobbie Lee Jensen on Aug 20, 1994 in Wendover, NV. He loved sports and his dog, Jax. Surviving are his wife, Bobbie Salaz of Ogden; three sons, Riley, Wiatt, and Brayden Salaz and and one daughter, Shandi, all of Ogden; his mother, Kris Salaz, West Weber; his father, Robert Lee (Denise) Salaz, Midvale; grandparents, Joseph and Mary Salaz, Ogden; one brother, Brady Salaz, Ogden; and many aunts, uncles and caring friends. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Shane and Kyle. A special thanks to the doctors and staff of Bonneville Dialysis Center.
