Cheryl Johnson

Cheryl Johnson passed away Sunday, October 11, 2026. She was born February 24, 1955 in Lead, South Dakota to Charlene Tobias and Alvie Harrison, Sr. She will be truly missed by all who loved her.

When she was able, she attended St. Joseph Catholic Church and had an abiding love for her Lord Jesus Christ. She overcame many difficulties throughout her life due to health problems and disabilities. The love for her family kept her strong and she endured all that she could until God decided to lift her soul and bring her home. She enjoyed road trips and keeping her mind active by playing word games and watching true crime shows. She loved music and memorabilia related to Elvis Presley. Cheryl was also an avid follower of the English royal family and any related history.

She is survived by her daughters Brandy Layne and Stacy (Duane) Baskins; granddaughters Whitney Reed and Stephanie Baskins; five great grandchildren: Brayden, Hadliegh, Hunter, Sloane, and Kenley; sisters: Dorla Harrison-Behling and Tracey Harrison-McCarhery; brother, Kent Harrison; and a best friend/companion of many years, Robert Randall.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Jeannie; and brothers: Jay, Larry, Charles, Jake, and David Harrison.

At her request, there will be no viewing or services.
