Clarence Versie Hall, Jr Obituary (1933 - 2011)

Clarence V. Hall, Jr. was called home from his earthly life on January 17, 2011 after enduring a long illness. He was born August 21, 1933 in Quentin, MS to Clarence and Rosie Lee (Boyd) Hall Sr. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Georgia B. Hall; two daughters, Linda (Larry) Heath of Ogden, Annette (Bill) Law, GA; two sons, Ricky Hall, OH and Marvin Hall, SLC; five grandchildren; Kara Heath, Ogden, Natalie Heath, AZ, Anthony and Cheryl Law, NC and Jeremy Hall, OK; three great grandchildren; Alexis Bauer, Miles and Isaiah Heath all of Ogden. He also has one surviving uncle, Benny Hall of Clearfield, UT and numerous cousins. Clarence served two years in the U.S. Army and he was previously retired from the civil service at Ogden Air Logistics Center; he later worked as a security guard at the Free Port Center in Clearfield, UT and the Nevada Crossing in Wendover, NV. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to Dr. McKenzie and the staff at the IHC Homecare and Hospice for the loving and kind care provided to our father. Goodbye for now Dear Husband, Father, and Grandfather - until we are again reunited. Funeral Service will be held at Myers Mortuary Chapel, 250 North Fairfield Road, Layton, UT. on January 22, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. a viewing will be held from 11:45 to 12:45 prior to services.Interment will be at Clearfield City Cemetery.
