Clayton A. Morrill

BRIGHAM CITY - Clayton A. Morrill, 79 passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at the Brigham City Hospital.
Clayton was born on June 15, 1932 in Osiris, Utah a son of Desmond J. and Annie Viola Palmer Morrill.
He married JoAnn Moore on June 23, 1951 in Corinne, Utah. They were later sealed in the Logan LDS Temple on February 4, 1976.
Clayton had served as a Scout Master for 13 years, Executive Secretary, and in the Young Men's Presidency.
He was a charter member of the Corinne Lions Club.
Clayton enjoyed family activities, fishing, hunting, fishing, camping and more fishing, working with his hands, traveling to Yuma, Jackson Hole, Greys River, Canada and Alaska. He loved spending time with his grandkids and great-grandkids
Surviving are his wife, JoAnn Morrill, Brigham City; children: Gary Morrill, Ogden; Kelly (Gaylene) Morrill, Brigham City; Tresa (Tyler) Hunsaker, Brigham City; Heidi (Jeff) Anderson Nibley; nine grandchildren: Brent, Eric, Alison, Erin, Bryan, Jess, Niki, Tyrel and Travis, 15 great-grandchildren with two more on the way. Also brother, Carl (Mae) Morrill, Ferndale, WA; and a special niece Virginia Parker.
Preceded in death by his parents, and eight siblings.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City and Wednesday from 9:45-10:40 at the Church.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Brigham City 16th Ward Chapel, 145 W. 500 S., Brigham City.
Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
