Steven (Clint) Sharbutt Obituary (1973 - 2020)

Steven Clint Sharbutt, 48, of Clearfield, Ut passed away on December 19,2020 at McKay Dee Hospital. Clint was born July 14, 1972 to his loving parents Patrice Hunt and Steven Sharbutt. Clint had three brothers. Dallas Sharbutt, Kenneth Hunt, and James Hunt. Patrice Later remarried to Douglas Hunt and the boys were raised in Clearfield, UT. Clint was an exceedingly kind soul and he loved with his whole heart. He was a proud uncle to many nieces and nephews. He never had children and he treated them like his own. Clint was an avid sports guy. He loved football and basketball. He would come to watch the Super Bowl every year and it did not matter how big the T.V. was he would watch it on his phone. "lt's much better quality" is what he would say. Clint never cared about the fancy things in life, it was the quality. He rode his bike to work faithfully. We are convinced we should all take note and ride our bike a bit more, it is what kept him going. Clint worked at Harmons in Roy and they were his second family. I have never seen a place of employment take such great care of an employee as they did. They were always there when he needed them, and the family would like to express to them how grateful we are. Clint was survived by his mother, Patrice Hunt (Layton) his brothers and sisters: Dallas Ray Sharbutt (Fawnete), Kenneth Russel Hunt (Shannon), James Douglas Hunt (ltol), Sara Sharbutt Stubbs (Matt), Tricia and Teri Mount. Many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Clint was predeceased by grandparents, Marie and Lloyd Owens, Ross and Winifred Layton, Clyde and Silvia Hunt. His fathers, Steven Sharbutt and Douglas Hunt. Services will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Myers Mortuary 5868 S 1900 W, Roy. The viewing will be held at 10:00 am - 10:45 am and services will start at 11:00 am. ln Lieu of flowers please consider donating to Primary Children's Hospital in SLC, UT.
