Watch for me Lord, I'm Coming!! I'm ready for that eternal life You promised me if I would only believe. You made that part easy. I arrived on this earth on July 7, 1933. While I was here, You blessed me with many occupations, but none I enjoyed more than working with the mentally challenged. I received my high school diploma and went sky diving, all after the age of 60. I left behind my five children, Nyla, Jani, Lori, Danny and Jodi; my 12 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and my siblings, June, Elane and Ron. Also numerous wonderful friends, especially my helpmate Vern. What would I have done without them all? So on January 14, 2002, I grabbed my list of questions and took Your hand. Lord, help my loved ones to listen with their hearts, because I'm always there and don't let them grieve too long. Remind them to gather together for coffee (maybe with a pinch of ash!) and celebrate my life. I'll be watching football, waiting and missing you all. I love you always and forever.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests you donate to Hospice at 6991 East Camelback Rd., No. C250, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
