Crisostoma Elvinia Maria Martinez

Crisostoma Martinez, 86, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2004 at her home.

She was born October 24, 1917 in La Jara Canyon, Colorado, the daughter of Florentino and Barbarita Gonzales Dominguez.

On October 10, 1936 she married Sandalio Martinez in Antonito, Colorado. He preceded her in death on April 2, 1971.

She was a member of the Christian Assembly of God Church and was the church organist.

She had been employed at the Internal Revenue Service.

Criso is survived by four sons and two daughters, Eleuto (Lute) R. Martinez, Ogden, UT; Joe H. Martinez, Ogden, UT; John F. Martinez, Corona, CA; Silas B. Martinez, Whittier, CA; Barbarita C. Martinez, Ogden, UT; Eva (Maddie) Randall, Ogden, UT. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sandalio; her parents, Florentino and Barbarita Dominguez; her grandparents, Gabriel and Crisostoma Dominguez and Guillermo and Antonia Gonzales; one brother, Antonio Dominguez and one sister, Teresina Dominguez.
