CLINTON - Dana Brett Smith born December 12, 1954 died April 28, 2010 peacefully at home of natural causes.

Dana was born to Clifford Smith and Lora Bench in Logan. Dana was married to Gale Fuit his best friend and love of his life. They had three children together. Dana taught his kids a love of nature and outdoors. He also taught them the importance of family.

Dana was employed at Hercules for 14 years. He then was employed at Morton for another 6 years. He worked the last 6 years at HAFB as a sheet metal mechanic.

Dana is survived by his loving wife Gale, four children, Jennifer Lutz, Lindsay Mills, Clayton Smith and Zachary Smith, his mother, Lora Smith, father, Clifford Smith, siblings, Johnny (Jan) Smith, Chana (Dee) Wells and four grandchildren, Justin, Marshall, Cheyann and Ashton.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Clinton City Cemetery, 750 West 800 North, Clinton. Family and friends may call on Friday at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to services.
