Daniel-Jerome Robert Duplain Obituary (1998 - 2008)

DANIEL-JEROME ROBERT DUPLAIN SYRACUSE - Our loving son, brother, and grandson passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2008, following a tragic accident. Daniel was born August 29, 1998 in Canton, Ohio, along with his twin sister Amanda-Jayne Elizabeth, to Andrew Duplain and Christine Marie Cochran. He was a student at West Point Elementary, where he enjoyed his 4th grade class. He loved his video games, especially his X-Box 360. He loved to play Magnetix and enjoyed building things with his hands. Daniel really liked Poke-Man, and was a card collector. The family were members of the United Methodist Church in Ohio. Daniel is survived by his father, Andrew Duplain, Fairhaven, Massachusetts, mother, Christine Duplain, stepfather, Warren Taylor, twin sister, Amanda-Jayne Elizabeth, all of Syracuse. Grandparents, Judy (Robert) Feder, Largo, Florida, Robert (Alta) Cochran, East Sparta, Ohio, Jean (Ernie Cario) Schmidt, Fairhaven, Massachusetts, and step-brother, Nicholas Taylor, Ogden. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers; George Duplain and Butch Taylor. Daniel helped others by being an organ donor. Memorial Services will be held Monday, January 28, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah. Cremation under the direction of Myers Mortuary.
