WEST POINT - Darrel Jay Scott passed from this life into the next on the evening of February 10, 2015 surrounded by his family and his passing into his next journey was peaceful and filled with love.

He is survived by his wife Judy and six children: Darrel "Jay", Jennifer Churchill, June Griffin, Joshua, Jessica Evans, Jasmine Roberts, sixteen grandchildren and three siblings.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 13, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the West Point 13th Ward, 3290 West 800 North, West Point. A viewing will be held prior Friday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the church.

Interment, West Point City Cemetery where Military Honors will be accorded.

Arrangements under the direction of Myers Roy Mortuary.
