Deborah Lee Hoskins Tafoya

OGDEN - Deborah Lee Hoskins Tafoya, 57, died July 9, 2007 following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 4, 1950 in Ogden, Utah a daughter of Verl O. and Nedra Maw Hoskins. She married her soul mate Thomas Franklin Tafoya in August of 1967 in Ogden. They were married for 40 beautiful years.

She was a wonderful cook and a loving wife and mother. She was always helping other people. She loved to supervise the work in her garden and yard, and loved to play bingo with her friends.

Deborah is survived by her husband Thomas; children Vanessa Rendon, Ogden, Jennifer Porter, Mountain Green, Melanie Tafoya, Ogden; nine grandchildren; two brothers Alan Hoskins and Derek Hoskins.

Special thanks to all her loving family and friends that showed her so much love in her final days. Also, special thanks to Applegate Hospice and Wish to Reality for all their help in our families time of need.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 13, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. where friends and family may call on Thursday, July 12th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 12 to 12:45 p.m.
