Deward Elvin Webster Obituary (1940 - 2004)

DEWARD ELVIN WEBSTER ROY - Deward Elvin Webster, age 64 passed away at McKay Dee Hospital, Sunday, September 26, 2004 from a massive stroke. He was born September 1, 1940 in Cedar City, Utah to Elvin F. and Vennetta Hunt Webster. He graduated from Cedar High School and Salt Lake Technical College. He was a Draftsman at FMC Jetway. In his youth he enjoyed anything related to cars. He had a black Ford that he raced in Las Vegas and won many trophies. He enjoyed working on cars and he helped many people get their cars running. He will be remembered for his ability to tell jokes. He kept us laughing. He married Bonnie Lee Cutler. They had three wonderful children: Brenda Webster (Cherng) Sy, Kaysville, UT; Darin Deward Webster, Roy, UT; Marc Cutler (Cindy) Webster, Harrisville, UT; six precious grandchildren, Mathew Lee, Daniel Lee, both of Roy, UT; Taylor J, Cutler, Connor Webster, Harrisville, UT; and Parker Darin Webster, Clinton, UT. He loved them all and they love and will miss him. Deward and Bonnie were divorced but remained friends. Deward was always there when Bonnie or his family needed him. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Deward is survived by his X-wife and still close friend, Bonnie Webster, his mother, children and grandchildren, his brother and three sisters, Kenneth (Gene) Webster, West Valley, UT; Debra (Dick) Morrill, West Valley City, UT; Gloria (Everett) Phister, WY; Patsy (Andy) Ruesch, Cedar City, UT. Preceding him in death was his father, grandparents Helaman and Harriett Webster, and Nephi and Lydia Hunt. A special thank you to Dr. Welling and Dr. Kim for their excellent care and nurses, Karan and Nicole at McKay Dee Hospital for their loving care of Dad and his family.
