Don H. Stubbs

FARR WEST - Don H. Stubbs passed away on March 22, 2006.

He was born on August 10, 1922 in American Fork, UT to Don H. Stubbs Sr. and Myrl Hansen. He attended school in the Provo school system and graduated from high school in 1940. Don continued his education at BYU. On April 17, 1942 he was united in marriage to Norma Jane Anderson in Salt Lake City and became the father of four daughters.

In August of 1945 through September of 1946 he was enlisted in the U.S. Army. During his military career he was stationed in Korea for six months. After leaving the Army, Don enjoyed an extensive career in the agricultural industry.

Don is survived by his wife Norma Jane, his daughters Connie (Rene) Fontaine of Bountiful, UT; Maribeth Hall of Pleasant View, UT; Debbie (Jerry) Osoro of Farmington, UT; Cindy (Marty) Kingston of McKinney, TX. He is further survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, brother Eugene (Joan) Stubbs and sisters Virginia (John) Crandall, Marilyn (Dale) Warburton and sister-in-law Marilynn Stubbs. In addition to his parents Don was preceded in death by his brother Stanford Stubbs.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at Myers Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd. Friends may call on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Myers Mortuary in Ogden, 845 Washington Blvd.
