BRIGHAM CITY - Doris Bessie Dicks Fripp, 91, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2013 in Brigham City.
Doris was born in Chafcombe, Somerset, England on August 30, 1921 a daughter of Charles Sillick and Flora Bessie Hooper Dicks.
Doris married her sweetheart Ralph George Fripp on October 3, 1940 in Colchester Essex England. Together she and Ralph served two temple missions, first in London England and the second in Johannesberg South Africa. Ralph passed away on July 9, 2005.
She was an active member of the LDS Church and enjoyed serving in her various callings; as well as in the community.
She loved to travel and made friends all over the world.
Surviving are her children: Dawn Mary Riggs, Africa; Grace Doris (Eric) Read, Brigham City; Ruth Georgina (Rod) Covey, AZ; Peter Charles (Lizelle) Fripp, West Jordan; eleven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Ralph.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Brigham City 4th Ward Chapel, 25 N. 300 E., Brigham City.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:40 a.m. at the Church.
Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
