DOROTHY MILLER THIRSK

OGDEN- Dorothy Miller Thirsk, 94, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at Mt. Ogden Nursing Center.

She was born March 25, 1908 to Henry Daniel and Elizabeth Betts Miller.

Dorothy married Fred E. Thirsk in 1929 in Colorado. Fred passed away November of 1969.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and also a member of the American Businesswomen's Association.
Dorothy taught school in Cisco, Utah and was a graduate of the University of Utah.

She is survived by her children: Jeannine Austin, Sierra Vista, AZ; Eugene Garr Thirsk, Helena, MT; Kenneth L. Thirsk, Ogden, UT; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Bettie Berg, parents, Daniel Miller and Elizabeth Betts Miller and sister, Henrietta Gould.

At Dorothy's request, no services will be held.
