Dustin Lee Everton Obituary (1975 - 2005)

Dustin Lee Everton age 30 passed away Monday, December 26, 2005 in Newport, Oregon after an illness. Dustin was born in Ogden Utah on October 24, 1975. He lived and attended school in Brigham City, Utah. He also attended Weber State University. He married Melissa Brown and had two children, Kayla (10) and Tyler (9). They were later divorced. On Sept. 5th 1997 he married his soul mate Sommer Borges. They were blessed with two more children, Samuel (6), and Skyler (5). At age 30 Dustin had a full life. He served in the Navy. He lived in many different places and touched the heart of everyone he met. He enjoyed being around people and helping them. Dustin had a unique knack for making friends wherever he went; people were always drawn to him because of his unconditional love for others. He especially enjoyed helping those who had problems of any type, in this way he was always like a big brother to those in need of a friend. He was on the voluntary fire department wherever he lived. Dustin enjoyed the Oregon Coast, and he was certified as a master scuba diver instructor, and was also certified on Surf and Rescue. He is survived by his wife Sommer, and children Kayla, Tyler, Samuel, and Skyler Everton. He is the son of Randy and Marilyn Everton of Brigham City. He is also the grandson of Garnet Stanger Bradbury. He is also survived by his four brothers and their wives, Eli and Brenda Everton, Zachary and Steffanie Everton, McAbe Everton, and David and Alyce Everton. He has seven nieces and nephews. Dustin is preceded in death by his Grandfather Cornell Stanger, and his Grandfather and Grandmother Walter and Arda Everton. Viewing will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2006 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City, and also Thursday morning January 5, 2006 from 10:00 to 11:40 a.m. followed by his funeral services at 12:00 Noon, at the Forest Hills Ward Chapel, 25 N. 300 E., Brigham City, UT. He can never be replaced and will be missed very much. Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
