Elizabeth Ann ''Betty'' Fowler Obituary (1944 - 2002)

Elizabeth Ann Campbell Fowler OGDEN - I've Gone Peacefully Home. Elizabeth Ann Campbell Fowler, known as "Betty" by her friends and family, will be greatly missed by all those who knew her. She touched many lives with her generosity and sincere love for all. Betty was born in Weymouth, Massachusetts and moved to Sun Valley, CA with her family at the age of seven. Here is where she grew to be the most caring and loving individual one could ever know. Later, she met and married Gerald Wayne Fowler on July 2, 1965. Due to her strong belief and devotion to our Lord, they remarried in 1972 at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She raised three beautiful children: Kenny, Melinda, and Duane. Betty and Wayne then moved with the family to Ogden, Utah. Kenny took a beautiful wife, Susan, and they blessed her with a grandchild, Kirsty. Oh how she loved Kirsty. On May 9, 2002 Betty went peacefully home to perfect joy and beauty after a brave fight with breast cancer. She leaves behind her beloved husband, Wayne; three children, Kenny, Melinda, and Duane; daughter-in-law, Susan; grandchild, Kirsty; brother, Dick and his wife Jan Campbell; sister, Phyllis and husband Doug Greenlee; niece Pauline Tucker-Christie; nephew, Steven and wife Francine Tucker; great niece, Briana; nephew, Rick and wife Windy; and great niece, Tracy. I say to you my loved one's, my pain and suffering is over and I am at peace. You must not grieve for me but pray for the truth of our Lord. Like I've said to all of you before, my work here is complete. The Lord has led me home to everlasting life. In lieu of flowers, send donations to breast cancer research.
