Elna Perry Cazier Obituary (1939 - 2017)

Elna Perry Cazier, 78, passed away peacefully Thursday, Dec 21, 2017 at her home. Elna was born April 6, 1939 in Brigham City, Utah, a daughter of H. Eugene and Elva Allen Perry. Elna grew up in Perry, graduated from Box Elder High School and attended BYU. She married Ronald N. Cazier on Dec. 17, 1959 in the Logan LDS Temple. They were later divorced. Elna was a loving mother and homemaker. As her kids got older she worked outside the home at Thiokol then U.V.U. She was active in the LDS church and served faithfully in many positions including in the Young Women's and Relief Society organizations. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, doing genealogy and spending time with her cat, Maggie. She is survived by her six children: Jeanine (Doug) Mellen, Gordon Cazier, Loralee (Randy) Wagstaff, Russ (Dawna) Cazier, Scott (Cami) Cazier, and Kim (Chad) Hansen. One brother, Devern (Connie) Perry and a special sister in- law Judi Perry. Elna was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Allen and one nephew, Mike. Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 29, 2017 at 11:00 am at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E. Brigham City. A viewing will be held Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E. Brigham City, as well as from 10:00 - 10:45 am on Friday Dec. 29, 2017 at the Mortuary. Interment in the Brigham City Cemetery.
