"When the light returns to its source, it takes nothing of what it has illuminated" Rumi Emarie Chelsie Norager, born July 18, 2006, passed away September 23, 2019. She leaves behind her grandmother and legal guardian, Shannon Lacy of Ogden, UT, her grandfather Ray Phister of Roy, UT, her grandparents Jim and Bobbi Norager of Layton, UT, her grandparents Anthony and Patricia Speer of Layton, UT, her father and stepmother Devin and Ashley Norager of Kaysville, UT, her mother and partner Daisia Phister and David Rivera of Austin, TX, her stepbrothers Gage Propst and Landon Lopez of Kaysville, UT, her brother Halen Norager of Roy, UT, her brother Dimitri Wolf of Austin, TX, her sister Scarlett Norager of Kaysville, UT, 13 great grandparents, 7 aunts, 1 uncle, and 12 cousins. Ema, from the moment you entered this world, you brought a beautiful light that has touched everyone around you. You had the most loving and sensitive heart with the most infectious smile. Your constant curiosity about life gave you knowledge that superseded anything that could be taught in schools, but this also caused you to question and feel the hardships that this world offered as well. You found peace and solace in music, and in your art. Your talents and gifts were expressed through a pencil and onto paper that seemed to come alive with your story. The excitement about your newest masterpiece surpassed any emotion of pain you had in those moments. It was awe inspiring to witness. You were loved by so many and I know you will be with each and every one of us as you return to home with no more pain, just love. We know you will be that beacon of light for us when we need it. We love you so much baby girl.
