Our loving mother, sister and friend, Emma Katherine Coder, passed away on July 3, 2014. She was born on July 6, 1921 in Aurora, Nebraska to Katherine Schoonover and James Hiedrich. She married her sweetheart, Otto Coder. He preceded her in death.
Emma was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for many years.
She enjoyed fishing, bowling and playing pinnacle.
She is survived by her children, Pat Humeumptewa, Nancy (Larry) Powell and Stephen (Angie) Coder; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and brother, Jesse Heidrich.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Otto; and son, James (Jay).
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements entrusted to Myers Ogden Mortuary.
