Erika Marie Schmidt Obituary (1967 - 2013)

Erika Marie Schmidt HOOPER-- Erika "Rikki" Marie Schmidt passed away June, 21, 2013. She was born in Ogden, UT December 4, 1967 to Joyce Wiley and William E. Schmidt. She attended school in Brigham City where she graduated and later attended ITT Tech with an Associates Degree in electronics. Rikki married Robert Ore in March 1985. They had three children: Carli Jo, Robert Scott, and Kaitlin Ann. They were later divorced. Rikki met the love of her life, Carl Collard, and spent the happiest two years of her life with him and his Harley in Hooper. She was a beautiful and loving daughter, spouse, mother, grandmother, and friend, and leaves a void that cannot be filled. She leaves behind Carl, children: Carli, Robert, Kaitlin; two grandchildren: Ethan and Carson; parents: Joyce Wiley and Lloyd McNeeley, and William and Cathy Schmidt; brothers: Jerome and Debbie Schmidt, Patrick Schmidt, Erik Schmidt, Jim and Sandra Schmidt; sister: Lisa and Rob Walker; many nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E. Brigham City, UT. A Memorial Harley Ride will be held in her memory followed by a Celebration of Life gathering at her home in Hooper.
