OGDEN - Ernestine Bush Nelson was born March 25th, 1933 in St. Louis, Illinois, passed away May 10th, 2002. She married Earl Nelson June 12th, 1948. She was the daughter of Modis and Emma Bush.

She left behind her husband Earl Nelson; mother Emma Bush; daughter Earlene McGee; nephew Marcus Harrington who she raised; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; eight sisters: Izola Bush, Bertha Kelley, Irene Burks, Odessa Burton, Ophelia Bowman, Eula Mae Jefferson, Mildred Bush and Daisy Mae Robinson; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her father Modis Bush; brothers Hurtis and Leavander Bush; sisters Bessie Jackson, Berneice Joseph and Louise Goodloe.

She was a member of Griffin Memorial Church of God in Christ.
