ESTHER BLANCHE MOUNTAIN COLE
"Together Again"

HOOPER - Esther Blanche Cole, 88, passed away Friday, November 22, 2008, peacefully, at Manor Care Nursing Home in Ogden.

She was born October 7, 1920 in Percy Maine, South Shield, Durham, England, the daughter of Thomas Josiah and Esther Blanche Mountain. Esther was married in England, December 30, 1939, to Frederick William Thomas Cole.

They moved to Utah, July 1950. Esther was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her husband converted to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints July 1957. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple July 1959.

She enjoyed traveling and fishing with her husband and family. Most of all she enjoyed watching and playing with children of all ages.

Surviving are her daughter; JoAnne Cole of Roy; Scott (Colleen) Cole of Hooper; one grandson; six step-grandchildren; and 11 step-great-grandchildren. Also surviving is one sister, Audrey Parker of Bountiful.

Esther was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one son, Ronald Frederick Cole, and one sister, Gladys Legge.

The family would like to thank Peach Tree Place and Manor Care Nursing Home staff for the care of our parents.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Hooper City Cemetery, 5290 South 6300 West, Hooper. Friends and family may call on Monday, November 24, 2008, at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, from 6:00 to
8:00 p.m., and on Tuesday, November 25, 2008, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., prior to services.
