Evie Leona Pasco Evie Leona Pasco 1921 - 2011 Our beautiful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend passed away peacefully at home on March 20, 2011, at the age of 89. Evie was born on July 2, 1921, in Scotia, California to Edwin and Clintie Lewis and named after her aunt. She was the fourth of five children. In 1940 Evie married Elmon Leonard Parker (deceased) having one son, Frank Parker, from their marriage. Then in 1963 Evie married Leon Frank Pasco (deceased) having one daughter, Andrea Coats from their marriage. Throughout her life her careers consisted of homemaker, bookkeeper and restaurant owner. Evie enjoyed attending church both with her son and her daughter. Wherever she was she faithfully served others, always had a beautiful smile for everyone and loved getting to know new people. Evie enjoyed spending time with family and friends, reading, crossword puzzles, long walks, listening to music, going for long drives and the beauty of everything around her. Evie is survived by her son, Frank (Mary) Parker; daughter, Andrea (Dennis) Coats; grandsons, Jeff Parker, Kody Coats, Dave Sims; great-grandsons, Austin Parker, Rohn Sims; nephews, Martin (Dorothy) Earle, Bill (Laura) Earle; and many other relatives. Preceded in death by her father and mother; brothers, Martin Lewis and Roy Lewis; sisters, Thelma Earle and Elsie Lewis; granddaughter, Rochelle Sims; niece, Marian Antognazzi. The family would like to thank Dr. Stanley, Dr. Nassif, and Dr. Agarwal for their loving care through these past years. A service to celebrate Evie's life will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2011, at 6 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1290 N Church St., Layton, Utah.
