Francyne Hunt Hoye Obituary (1936 - 2005)

FRANCYNE H. HOYE ROY -- Francyne H. Hoye passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2005 at her daughter's home in Nampa, Idaho. She was born August 27, 1936 to Frank and Ova Hunt. She graduated from Davis High School She married James Hoye on December 4, 1954 and that marriage was solemnized in the Ogden Temple. James' employment sent them on many adventures and they moved to Michigan, California, Nevada and Kansas, but Utah was always their home. She was active in the LDS church and held positions in the church. She was also very active in the community of Sunset, Utah including Jaycees and Sunset Little League programs. She devoted her life to her husband, children, grandchildren, large extended family and many, many friends. Her favorite times were spent in camping and activities with her family. Also camping trips spent with friends, also known as the Jackalopes, were a favorite activity. She had numerous friends in the Monte Vista Park where she lived who visited often and helped immensely. She also enjoyed the monthly get-togethers with the "Couth Group." She is survived by her son, Jeffery (Lani) Hoye of West Point; daughter, Barbara (Dana) Brown of Nampa, Idaho. Five grandchildren, Trevor (Angie) Brown, Ian (Jaime) Brown of Boise, Idaho; Rochelle, Aleisha and James Charles Hoye of West Point Utah; two great-grandchildren, McKenzie and Gavin Brown. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, husband, brother (Dennis Hunt) and sister (Darlyn Dandoy). She is survived by two sisters and one brother, Bette (Boyd) H. Eggett Rohwer, Genette (Hal) Williams and Frank (Marie) Hunt.
