Frank William Guerriero passed away July 28, 2004. He was a strong and happy man that made everyone around him laugh. He was an active Catholic whom attended church mass every Saturday evening.
Frank was born February 22, 1926 in Youngstown, Ohio to Rocco and Carmela Guerriero, where he joined the Navy. The Navy is what brought him to Utah where he met and married his beloved wife Mona McKenzie.
Frank was a life-long veteran and belonged to the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He spent a lot of his time doing the things he enjoyed most, swimming, camping, dancing and cooking. In his later years he enjoyed walking at the mall and having a cup of coffee with his friends. Once a month he would travel to Wendover, always in hopes for a big win.
He is survived by two sons and one daughter, Randy Guerriero of Ogden, Steve (Pam) Furnise of Ogden and Tina Schvaneveldte of Washington. He had many grandchildren and great grandchildren that were all very special to his heart. He had two brothers, Joseph and Nick and three sisters, Florence Cooper, Agnes Orsini and Mary Kelly.
We want to give a special thanks to Mary Martinez, his second love, you made life complete for him; Pat and Paul Dawson for all of their help and to his granddaughter Jenny for helping take care of him the last few months of his life.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
