Gaelyn Ann Batchelor Hyer September 1, 1947 - December 28, 2016 Gaelyn Ann Batchelor Hyer, loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2016. She was born in Ogden Utah, daughter of LaRoy and Saxon M. Jones Batchelor. Lyn grew up in Hooper, Utah with four siblings. She was an amazing cook and loved to hand make jewelry. Lyn was the devoted mother of four sons and a daughter. She was "Grandma Lynnie" to nine grandchildren. Lyn found the most meaning and joy in her life when she was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved them fiercely and unconditionally. Those whose lives she touched will forever remember the brightness of her heart and soul. A viewing for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah. Interment in the Hooper City Cemetery.
