Gage Spencer Smiley Obituary (2002 - 2004)

GAGE SPENCER SMILEY RIVERDALE -- Our precious baby Gage passed away on July 23, 2004 of complications of Hirschsprungs Disease. He was born on January 22, 2002 to Jaime Smiley and Angie Clark Smiley. In his short time on earth he has changed our lives forever and we are so thankful for the two and one-half years that we have had with him. Gage was the light of our lives and so much sicker than anyone realized, but he never complained and always had a smile for everyone. Gage was loved by everyone who knew him. He loved and lived his little life to the fullest. He loved riding his little red trike and was fascinated by trains. He loved his big brother, Bailey, and loved to squirt everybody with his squirt bottle. He is survived by his parents, Jaime and Angie; his brother, Bailey; his grandparents, Larry & Cheryl Smiley, Scott & Melody Clark; great-grandparents, Darrell & Irene Clark, Dean Downs & Erma Simmons; Uncle Cory & Aunt Carli; Uncle Bodee & Aunt Lauren; cousins, Christian, Xander and Elizabeth and countless other aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by many special friends and neighbors. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Elvin & May Smiley; great-grandmother, Eva J. Downs and great-grandfather, Byron Simmons. Gage, you will forever be in our hearts and minds. We love you, Baby Gage!
