Gerarda Nederhand Roth Goeller Obituary (1926 - 2018)

Gerarda Nederhand Roth Goeller passed away March 6, 2018 in Layton, Utah. She was born February 1, 1926 to Frank and Mathilda VanHeblen Nederhand, in Dordrecht, Holland. She married Arie Pieter Roth in Rotterdam South Holland Netherlands in 1946; their marriage was later solemnized in the SLC Temple. Arie preceded her in death December 1984. In 1989, Gerarda married George Goeller. He preceded her in death in 2004. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she held many callings; including serving a mission with George at the Frankfurt Temple. She loved spending time with her family, gardening and animals. Gerarda is survived by her children, Brent (Melinda) Roth, and Lorraine Roth; step children, Rick (Robyn) Goeller, Joanne (Gary) Clanton; grandchildren, Dallin, Francesca (Garrett), Brady, Breezy (Caleb), Giovanna, Isabella, Serena, Aaron, Christopher, Matthew, Chase, Lindsay, Ryan, Alex, Jack, Jake and Heather; great grandchildren, Marshall, Maya, Wyatt, Axe, Miah, Evie, Mazie, Cooper, Gracie, Marion, and Bailey. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Adriana Jean, Matilda, Frank, Cristina, Willem and spouses. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday March 10, 2018 at Myers Mortuary, 250 North Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah. Family and friends may gather prior to services from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Interment will be at Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd, Ogden, Utah.
