Pleasant View - Glena Jensen Marriott, 86, passed away on October 31, 2015 at her home. She was born September 16, 1929 in Pleasant View to Joseph Moroni and Ethel Jane (Chamberlain) Jensen. She graduated from Weber High and attended Weber State College. Glena married Milton Brent Marriott on April 14, 1948 in Salt Lake City LDS Temple.

Glena was a member of the LDS Church serving as Primary President, Relief Society President, Cub Scout leader and many other callings.

She enjoyed sewing, wallpapering, camping, boating and walking. Her mother said she was born laughing and had an ear for anyone needing help.

Glena is survived by her children, Cristine Marriott, Jan Haugh, Scott Brent Marriott, Mark Brian (Pamela) Marriott, Kathy Lynn Mitchell, Kevin Richard (Kristine) Marriott and Kent Allen Marriott; 23 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death her husband of 53 years, M. Brent; her parents; four sisters and one brother.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the Pleasant View 4th Ward Chapel, 3035 N. 1325 W. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd from 6 to 8 PM at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. and at the church Wednesday prior to the service from 10 to 10:45 AM. Interment, Ben Lomond City Cemetery.
