Glenna B. Bright

Glenna was born in Kaysville, UT at the home of her Grandmother Burton's on March 7, 1928. She passed away October 25, 2026 at her home in Ogden, UT at the young age of 98.

She was the first born to Orville and LaVern Bybee. Soon came along Arlene, Lloyd (deceased), June (deceased), Dean (deceased) and Niel (Deceased).

Glenna married LaMoin Bennington. They welcomed Larry, RoLayne, Gayleen and Vicky. They later divorced.

She later married Sherwin (Sherm) Bright. They later divorced but stayed close companions until his death on August 14, 2004.

Glenna had an amazing work ethic, both inside and outside her home. She worked outside the home since she was 14 helping to support her family, taking her from the Ogden Naval Base, to Hill AFB, to Turkey, to Nevada, and back to Hill AFB where she retired. Then she started her own PFS Financial Services company.

At the time of her passing, she had 9 Grandkids, 10 Great Grandkids, and 11 Great Great Grandkids.

She will be laid to rest at a graveside service at Uintah City Cemetery, 1500 East 6450 South, Uintah, Utah on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.

The family kindly requests no flowers.
